Register for Classes

Register for Camps

  • Full tuition is due at the time of registration to confirm
  • There is a one time $30 registration fee annually for all new student signups

Mandatory Student Contract and Emergency/Medical Form:

Contracts and Emergency Forms are valid from September 2019 through June 2020. This form only needs to be filled out ONCE, when registering for your FIRST class/production of the school year, after that we will keep it on file until June 2020.

  • A submitted form does not guarantee your registration until your payment is made
  • Please feel free to email call the office with any questions or concerns you might have about our programs and instructors.

Summer Camp and Break Camp Withdrawal and Refund Policy:

If camp canceled by MMPA: Full refund.

Withdrawals more than 2 weeks before the start of the program: Half refund for each individual student registration. The balance will be refunded or may be held as a credit which expires one year from the start date of the camp for which you registered.*

Withdrawals 2 weeks or less before the start of the program: No refund. The balance will be refunded or may be held as a credit which expires one year from the start date of the camp for which you registered.*

Switching between programs is allowed, based on availability. There is a switching fee of $25 per switch.

After School Class and Workshop Withdrawal and Refund Policy:

If class canceled by MMPA: Full refund.

Drop one week before 1st class: Full refund, less $25.

Drop after 1st class: You will be charged the value of one session of class plus $25. The balance will be refunded or may be held as a credit which expires one year from the start date of the class for which you registered.*

Drop after 2nd class: You will be charged the value of two sessions of class plus $25. The balance will be refunded or may be held as a credit which expires one year from the start date of the class for which you registered.*

Drop after 3rd class: No refund, but 50% of remaining class tuition will be held as a credit which expires one year from the start date of the class for which you registered.*
